**Order Cancellation:** You may cancel your order as long as it has not been processed and shipped. If your order has already been processed and is in the shipping stage, we will be unable to cancel it.

**Shipping Confirmation:** Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. After this point, the order cannot be canceled, but you may still return the item in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
